Robert J. Lee, P.A. was founded in 2012 with a simple premise: clients deserve a trial lawyer, not a settlement mill. Today the firm is five trial attorneys serving Miami and South Florida from one office across from the courthouse.
Our story
Fighting for justice in Miami, one client at a time, since 2012.
Robert J. Lee opened the firm in 2012 after years of trying cases to jury verdict. His approach was personal: research the facts yourself, return the calls yourself, and prepare every file as if it will be tried.
The firm has grown around that approach. Michael Tichenor brought three decades of experience as a prosecutor, judge, and trial lawyer. Carlos Villalobos and Samuel Perez came up through the courtroom, one as an Assistant State Attorney and one as Robert's own law clerk. Steven Silverberg added high-stakes commercial, real estate, and insurance litigation.
Together they handle personal injury, first-party property and insurance disputes, business litigation, and criminal defense for clients throughout Miami-Dade and South Florida.
